Today, in Kyrgyzstan, areas such as digital transformation and regional development are rapidly advancing, as reported by Doctor of Economic Sciences Sagynbubu Cholbaeva on the radio.

The economist noted that small and medium enterprises are actively being opened and modernized in the regions, and there is also a growth in industrial production. Over the past three years, the manufacturing sector has shown significant success.

Sagynbubu Cholbaeva added that there have been substantial changes in tax policy and budget legislation.

"Financial instruments have been updated, creating more favorable conditions for doing business. In addition, the amendments to the budget legislation contribute to an increase in the state budget volume," she said.

The expert also pointed out that banks are mainly focused on issuing consumer loans, while financing for the manufacturing sector remains insufficient.

"There is a need to change banking policy to stimulate investment in industry. Citizens should not be afraid to take out loans; it is important only to know how to use them wisely and effectively," she emphasized.

Cholbaeva also highlighted the importance of improving tax, financial, and monetary policy to support small businesses.

"The whole world operates thanks to attracted funds, and if we can use loans and borrowings rationally, the economy of Kyrgyzstan can develop faster. In addition, it is essential to select the right personnel and create a quality education system," she concluded.
