The structure of the allocated territory includes: contour No. 1 — 5.48 hectares (irrigated arable land), contour No. 11 — 0.21 hectares (irrigated arable land), contour No. 3 — 2.83 hectares (rainfed arable land).
Legal basis: Article 18 of the Land Code; paragraph 6, part 2 of Article 1 of the law on the moratorium on the transformation of irrigated arable land (the conclusion of the authorized representative of the president in the Osh region and the decision of the district administration have been taken into account).
Main objective: construction of a brick factory.
Responsibilities and Conditions
The State Administration of the Kara-Suu District is instructed to:
- make changes to the land accounting documents;
- develop and approve urban planning documentation for this site (in accordance with the Law "On Highways");
- ensure compliance with environmental standards, organize a drainage system, include anti-seismic measures in the master plan, and monitor hazardous processes;
- preserve objects of historical and cultural heritage (in case they are discovered);
- organize compensation payments for losses and lost profits in agricultural and forestry production in accordance with the norms of land legislation;
- ensure the land user develops other plots for irrigated arable land within three years (using their own, borrowed, and investment funds) with inclusion in the State Fund of Agricultural Lands;
- exercise control over the use of the site strictly in accordance with its intended purpose.
