On February 26, the fourth meeting of the working group was held under the leadership of Deputy Minister Durus Kozaev. Members of the working group, representatives of the National Council Secretariat, the Association of Virtual Asset Market Participants, and higher education institutions participated in the event.
The agenda included discussions on the Roadmap developed based on the results of the three previous meetings, as well as a list of new specialties planned to be opened in areas such as blockchain technologies, cryptography, cybersecurity, and artificial intelligence. Special attention was given to the professional development of educators.
Higher education institutions presented their proposals on this matter.
The proposals concerned three key areas:
- training qualified specialists;
- enhancing the qualifications of educators;
- integrating new fields into the curricula of higher education institutions.
As a result of the meeting, the plan for priority activities was clarified, and specific tasks for the working group were defined.
The goal of implementing these measures is to strengthen the country's human resources potential, accelerate digital transformation, and prepare competitive specialists in the field of modern technologies.
