In the Uzgen district of the Osh region, cases of violations of hunting regulations have been discovered. The Ministry of Nature has made a corresponding statement.

On March 18, inspectors from the Osh regional office of the Environmental and Technical Supervision Service conducted a raid in the village of Orto-Aryk, located in the Karaol ayil okmotu, where citizens were found hunting without adhering to the rules.

It was revealed that residents of the village of Karool were hunting on so-called "quiet days" — Tuesday and Wednesday, when hunting is prohibited according to current legislation.

At the scene, the violators were detained, and administrative measures were applied against them under Article 263 ("Violation of Hunting Rules") of the KR Code of Offenses. Fines for them ranged from 12,500 to 25,000 soms.

The Ministry of Nature reminded that the hunting regulations in Kyrgyzstan were established by the Cabinet of Ministers' resolution dated February 4, 2025, No. 55, and urged citizens to strictly adhere to them.
