Grozyn emphasized that growth in areas such as industrial production, transport and logistics, as well as the increase in salaries of civil servants, is only possible due to a stable climate both within the country and beyond its borders.
Moreover, the expert pointed out the important role of the CSTO as the only institution supporting stability in Central Asia and among the member states of the organization.
Andrey Grozin also noted that there is an increase in the number of conflicts in the world, and global instability is becoming a common phenomenon. Although the Central Asian region has so far been affected only indirectly, the risks continue to increase in the future.
