The State Tax Service has provided information on how to properly terminate the activities of an individual entrepreneur.
According to the agency, it is important to follow the established steps if you have decided to close your individual entrepreneurship.
The first step is to submit an application for termination of activities to the tax authority at your place of registration.
Don't forget to attach the necessary documents, such as form DOC STI-164, your identification, and, if necessary, liquidation reports.
If you have used a cash register, it will need to be deregistered.
The tax inspection will review your reports and make a decision within 15 working days, provided there are no debts.
In case of risks, an on-site inspection may be scheduled.
Please note: without completing the closure process, you cannot open a new individual entrepreneurship.
