A new digital system for assigning pensions will be introduced in Kyrgyzstan. This was announced by Bakhtiyar Aliyev, the chairman of the Social Fund, during a meeting with deputies of the Jogorku Kenesh.

According to him, the new system will be launched by July 1, 2026, and will eliminate the need for personal visits to the Social Fund. Pensions will be assigned automatically based on already collected data.

Aliyev also noted that the digitalization of several services has already been implemented, including the verification and payment of pensions, as well as personalized accounting and income accounting for the Social Fund of the Kyrgyz Republic.

He emphasized that the pension payment process is fully digitized today, and all services are available through users' "Personal Account".

Approximately 800 thousand pensioners live in the country. The transition to digital methods of assigning pensions will help significantly reduce bureaucratic procedures and minimize calculation errors.
