The press service of the Social Fund of the Kyrgyz Republic reported that from January to November 2025, the Public Relations Department received 7,724 inquiries. Of these:
- 341 inquiries were submitted in writing;
- 963 inquiries were received orally;
- during citizen receptions, the fund's management registered 89 inquiries;
- 4,265 inquiries were received via hotlines;
- 2,066 inquiries were received via mobile hotline;
The most common topics of inquiries included:
- indexation and increase of pensions;
- issues related to state social insurance;
- rights to receive a pension and the procedures for its appointment;
- recalculation of pensions;
- the procedure for disbursing funds from the GNPF for working pensioners and citizens moving abroad for permanent residence;
- and other aspects of the Social Fund's activities.
