The state is implementing a new model of investor support

From January 1, 2026, unreasonable business inspections will be discontinued in Kyrgyzstan, announced Ravshanbek Sabirov, head of the National Investment Promotion Agency.

The head of the agency noted that this decision is part of the state's transition to a new model of working with investors. This model includes clear and guaranteed rights, protection of investment guarantees, as well as an expanded range of public-private partnership mechanisms and flexible tools for structuring deals.

“Investors must have access to transparent processes, a clear decision-making system, and quality support — from the first inquiry to the full completion of the investment project,” added Sabirov.

He also emphasized that the development of the new model involved analyzing the best international practices, and that modern mechanisms operating on the principle of a “single window” are actively being implemented in Kyrgyzstan, which should significantly simplify the interaction between businesses and government structures.
