According to forecasts, the surplus of the republican budget for 2027 will amount to 40 billion 663.6 million soms, which is equivalent to 1.7% of this year's GDP. In 2028, the surplus is expected to increase to 51 billion 717.3 million soms, which will be 1.9% of GDP.
One of the main areas of fund utilization will be financing economic activities, including increasing the authorized capital of joint-stock companies with state participation and providing budget loans.
The Ministry of Finance also noted that significant funds are planned to be allocated for servicing the state debt in the medium term.
It is worth emphasizing that the surplus of the republican budget of Kyrgyzstan for 2026 amounts to 436 million 398.4 thousand soms.
