The issues concern the section of the road between the 20th and 23rd kilometers. The ministry clarified that this facility has not yet been accepted due to identified violations during the construction process.
A special commission was established on January 31, 2026, to conduct additional inspections at the work site. Based on the results of their examination, the contractor will be required to rectify all identified deficiencies at their own expense.
In addition, work is planned in the Naryn region to asphalt a four-kilometer section of the Naryn — Oryuktam highway. This work has been assigned to the contracting company "Bey Bazar" based on a contract with the road maintenance enterprise No. 24 of the state enterprise "Kyrgyzavtozhol—North."
