The authorized capital of "Aiyl Bank" will be increased by 60 billion soms

On March 3, an extraordinary meeting of the shareholders of OJSC "Aiyl Bank" took place, during which issues related to the authorized capital were discussed. This information was provided by the Kyrgyz Stock Exchange.

At the meeting, the shareholders approved an increase in the bank's authorized capital by 60 billion soms through the issuance of new shares. A new version of the charter of OJSC "ABank" was also adopted, and the procedure for re-registration with government authorities was initiated.

Previously, "Aiyl Bank" was renamed to OJSC "ABank".

According to the latest data, the authorized capital of "Aiyl Bank" amounts to 16 billion 467 million 480 thousand soms. In accordance with the order of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Kyrgyz Republic dated March 2, 2026 (No. 127-t), the Ministry of Finance of Kyrgyzstan has been instructed to issue state short-term bonds for 60 billion soms for the recapitalization of the bank.

All funds received from the placement of the bonds (with a term of 15 years and a coupon rate of 3%) will be directed towards increasing the authorized capital.

After the completion of this procedure, the bank's authorized capital will increase by 60 billion soms.

The shareholders of "Aiyl Bank" are recommended to purchase state securities for the specified amount and ensure an annual increase in net profit, with the subsequent transfer of the entire amount to the republican budget in the form of dividends over the course of 15 years.

The State Agency for Management of State Property has been tasked with monitoring the increase of the authorized capital of "Aiyl Bank" and the distribution of profits in accordance with established requirements.
