OJSC "Aiyl Bank" announced the change of its official name to OJSC "ABank". This decision was made at an extraordinary shareholders' meeting held on February 2.

According to the information, the shareholders unanimously supported the new version of the bank's charter. After all necessary re-registration procedures are completed with the state authorities, the financial institution will begin operating under the new name.
