The audit revealed financial violations totaling 4 million 416.4 thousand soms, of which 1 million 234.4 thousand soms must be reimbursed. During the audit process, 462.2 thousand soms were returned to the budget. The largest share of violations consisted of salary payments that did not comply with legislation (2 million 706.3 thousand soms), as well as inflated travel expenses (1 million 224.2 thousand soms). In addition, expenses amounting to 485.7 thousand soms were not supported by the necessary documents.
Procedural violations totaling 25 million 331.5 thousand soms were also identified, including non-compliance with legal norms in salary calculations, accounting practices, and public procurement. Instances of unaccounted assets, insufficient reflection of accounts receivable and payable, as well as exceeding limits on utility expenses were discovered.
The results of the audit were discussed at a meeting of the Accounts Chamber council, where recommendations were made to strengthen financial discipline, eliminate identified violations, and improve the efficiency of budget expenditures.
