A seminar was held in Kyrgyzstan, organized by the Ministry of Economy and Commerce in collaboration with representatives of business associations in the sewing industry. One of the central topics of the event was taxation.
The State Tax Service provided detailed explanations on various aspects of taxation. During the seminar, experts discussed important issues such as:
• existing tax regimes and their requirements;
• accounting for raw materials, semi-finished products, and finished goods;
• mandatory registration of electronic invoices (E-invoices) and electronic waybills (E-waybills).
Speakers emphasized that proper accounting practices and the use of electronic document management play a key role in accessing export markets and interacting with marketplaces.
Such seminars are planned to be held regularly in the future.
We also inform you that an operational headquarters of the "Kyrgyz Export" Center has begun functioning at the Ministry of Economy and Commerce of the Kyrgyz Republic. This center is established for a quick response to entrepreneurs' requests and to provide comprehensive consulting assistance in the sewing and textile sectors.
The headquarters is located on the first floor of the ministry building and operates daily from 9:00 AM to 7:00 PM, without weekends.
