Kyrgyzstan has become one of the countries equipped with a full set of technologies in the field of artificial intelligence. Recently, the first digital avatar, enhanced with a language model and voice assistant developed by the AIRUN project team, was presented in the high-tech park.
Currently, Kyrgyzstan possesses the following important components of the AI ecosystem:
- Large Language Model (LLM)
- Multilingual Voice Assistant (ASR + TTS)
- Digital AI Avatar with live animation and synchronized speech
This achievement positions the country among those capable of developing and maintaining its own AI technologies without the need for external assistance.
Creating a full video using the new avatar requires just:
- Uploading a photo
- Writing text in Kyrgyz or speaking it in your own voice
The system automatically adjusts facial expressions, articulation, intonation, and lip movement, transforming a static image into a dynamic character.
Generating a 15-second video takes only 30 seconds, comparable to international developments such as Synthesia, Visper, and Creatify. The free version allows for the creation of videos up to 20 seconds long.
The system operates in a browser, making it accessible on both mobile devices and PCs without the need for additional equipment.
The AIRUN project employs modern technologies for animation, speech synchronization, and facial expression generation, similar to those used in leading global AI platforms. This ensures high quality and realism comparable to global solutions. Now these capabilities are available in the Kyrgyz language as well.
"Our goal is not just to create a product or application. We aim to build a technological core that will provide the Kyrgyz language with independence and a sustainable place in the global digital space. This is the foundation for a future where the Kyrgyz language will sound, evolve, and compete on par with others," noted Chyngyz Arziev, CEO of the Airun project.
Thus, Kyrgyz AI has become a complete and finished technological ecosystem, confirming the country's ability not only to follow global trends but also to create its own innovations that meet international standards.
From this moment on, the Kyrgyz language, culture, and technologies receive a sustainable digital platform that allows them to confidently reach the international level, competing with leading countries. Kyrgyzstan is entering a new era where AI is not a privilege but a national achievement.
