In Bishkek, Mayor Aibek Junushaliev held a meeting with citizens with disabilities, according to information from the mayor's office.
During the event, athlete Erdik Talaibek uulu raised the issue of the need for housing and proposed the idea of creating sports halls in rehabilitation centers. In response, the mayor instructed to prepare documents to include this proposal in the list of the State Mortgage Company and announced plans to build a new rehabilitation center.
Ayda Omurbekova also presented her ideas for improving the accessibility of infrastructure and employment for people with disabilities. The mayor offered her a job in the municipality and tasked the relevant services to study this issue.
