The Kyrgyz National News Agency "Kabar" now meets the basic standards set for international news agencies. This was stated in an interview with Sputnik by Daiyrbek Orunbekov, who heads the information policy service at the President's Administration of Kyrgyzstan.
He noted that the agency's building has undergone complete modernization and major repairs.
In addition, Orunbekov reported that the NTRK and ElTR television channels have also completed major repairs of their buildings, and work on modernizing the technical base is ongoing.
