In an interview with the Sputnik agency, Dayirbek Orunbekov, head of the information policy department of the President's Administration of the Kyrgyz Republic, confirmed the information that starting from April 2026, the salaries of employees of state mass media will be increased.
He noted that necessary calculations on this issue are currently being conducted. Additionally, a salary increase for employees of the national branch of the TV and Radio Company "Mir" is planned to take place starting in February 2026.
