Previously, not all employees received a salary increase at the same time
The Minister of Education, Dogdurkul Kendirbaeva, announced that in April 2026, there will be a salary increase for all teachers and staff of educational institutions.
She specified that the increase will affect teachers, kindergarten educators, as well as staff and administration of educational institutions, including teacher training institutes and the Academy of Education.
“Previously, salary increases did not apply to all categories of employees, such as class teachers, kindergarten directors, and social educators. This time, we plan to raise salaries for all participants in the education system,” Kendirbaeva emphasized.
It is worth noting that at the IV People's Kurultai, President Sadyr Japarov announced the upcoming salary increases for teachers and doctors next year.
