Starting from April 1, 2026, it is planned to increase the salaries of workers in the fields of education, medicine, and culture in Kyrgyzstan by at least 100%. This was announced by the Chairman of the Cabinet of Ministers, Adylbek Kasymaliev, at a recent meeting.
Additionally, starting from October 1 of this year, there will be an increase in salaries for a number of state and municipal employees, which will amount to no less than 50%.
Kasymaliev noted that significant funding will be required to implement these measures. He added that in 2025, the Customs and Tax Services managed to exceed the budget revenue collection plan.
