During the inspection, the mayor instructed to clear the shoreline of the lake from reeds and continue the landscaping work. To date, more than 20 tons of garbage have already been removed from the water body.
The Sverdlovsk district administration, in cooperation with the Municipal Property Management and other services, must strengthen the preparatory work for road construction. In particular, measures need to be taken against illegal structures that hinder the implementation of the project.
The city hall also instructed the municipal inspection to monitor the situation with parking in green areas and take necessary measures to improve it.
Additionally, relevant services have been tasked with exploring possible sites for the creation of multi-level parking lots in the markets and addressing the identification and cessation of illegally operating facilities.
After that, the mayor visited the "Dinar" and "Chynar" markets located in the Alamedin-1 microdistrict. During the walk, he instructed the tenant of the "Dinar" market to restore the sidewalks and ensure their accessibility for residents. The Sverdlovsk akimat was ordered to resolve the issue of paving the sidewalks and landscaping the adjacent area.
The Land Use Control Department, together with the State Sanitary and Epidemiological Surveillance Center, must conduct inspections to ensure compliance with sanitary standards and the legality of the placement of facilities, as well as begin the demolition of illegal constructions.
In a conversation with traders, the mayor emphasized that all work in the markets will be carried out in strict accordance with the legislation of the Kyrgyz Republic.
As a result of the inspection, Aibek Junushaliev issued a reprimand to the head of the Sverdlovsk district, the head of the Municipal Property Management, and the director of the Department of Transport and Road Infrastructure Development. The district head was instructed to take personal control of the improvement of the markets and ensure their proper condition.
