The official introduction of the new head of the publishing house "Kyrgyz Tuusu" — Galina Baiterek — took place, as reported by the Ministry of Culture, Information, and Youth Policy of the Kyrgyz Republic.
The presentation of the new head was conducted under the leadership of Daiyrbek Orunbekov, head of the information policy service of the President's Administration of the KR.
During the event, key directions for the development of state media were outlined, and issues related to modernization and improving the efficiency of operations, as well as a unified editorial policy, were discussed.
In her speech, Galina Baiterek emphasized her intention to apply all the accumulated media experience to improve state print publications. She called on the team to work together to create high-quality and competitive informational content that meets modern standards.

Galina Zhumabekovna Baiterek is an experienced media specialist. She was born in 1971 in the village of Rovnoe, located in the Panfilov district of Chui region. She received her education at the Kyrgyz National University named after J. Balasagyn, majoring in "Russian Philology".
She began her career in 1994 at the children's studio "Balastan," where she worked as a director, editor, and host. Subsequently, she held positions as a reviewer, political analyst, and host on the KTR, ElTR, and KTRK television channels, as well as creating several analytical and socio-political programs.
In October 2020, she was appointed press secretary of the President of the KR, and since May 2021, she has been leading the department of education, science, culture, sports, and youth policy in the President's Administration.
It is also reported that, in accordance with the decision signed by the Prime Minister and the head of the President's Administration of the KR, Adylbek Kasymaliev, the state institution "Information and Publishing House 'Kyrgyz Tuusu'" was created. This new institution was formed by merging the publishing houses "Kyrgyz Tuusu" and "Slovo Kyrgyzstana," as well as the editorial offices of the magazines "Baichchekey" and "Ala-Too."
