At today's oath-taking ceremony for the newly appointed ministers, President Sadyr Japarov addressed the deputies of the Jogorku Kenesh.
Following this, an open dialogue took place, during which the head of state answered pressing questions from parliamentarians regarding the socio-economic situation in the country.
Deputy Ulan Primov, commenting on the meeting in an interview with the "Kabar" agency, emphasized that the communication with the president occurred in an atmosphere of complete transparency and openness.
According to him, the format of direct communication with Sadyr Japarov allowed for a detailed examination of important issues on the spot, and the deputies received clear, specific, and convincing answers to their questions.

In particular, issues regarding the revision of social benefits, mortgage lending, the independence of the judicial system, as well as the activities of the State Committee for National Security (GKNB) and other topics that concern the population were discussed. Clear and well-founded answers were provided by the president to all questions. The deputy noted that such dialogues are an excellent practice that should be continued in the future.
Ulan Primov also added that the parliament plays an important role in the economic development of the country and emphasized the need for further interaction with the executive branch.

As Deputy Kemel Ashyraliev noted, both the president and the parliament represent the interests of the people and must be in contact with public opinion.
He also emphasized that elected representatives should not only engage in law-making but also express the voice of the people on issues of domestic and foreign policy, and the president, as the guarantor of the Constitution, should maintain constant interaction with the Jogorku Kenesh.

At the same time, he added that the issues raised at such meetings should be significant.
This is because society actively discusses both problems and the behavior of deputies, which at certain moments serves as an indicator of their professionalism.
“Among the deputies, there are experienced and educated professionals who have held key positions and understand economics and foreign policy. However, there are also young deputies who sometimes ask questions that do not meet the approval of the people. If they only raise personal issues, it can cause discontent. The president, in answering questions, sees the level of each deputy, and that is why it is necessary to raise serious topics that concern the interests of the state,” emphasized Kemelbek Ashyraliev.
In his speech at the Jogorku Kenesh, President Sadyr Japarov emphasized the need to work in harmony for the interests of the state and the people, reminding of the importance of fulfilling the oath and obligations to citizens.
