The press service of the Main Internal Affairs Directorate of the Chui region noted that on the same day, information about hooliganism that occurred on Lenin Street, in the park area near the shopping center, was received by the duty unit of the Tokmok police.
“On March 15, a citizen T.Sh., born in 1988, submitted a written statement to the Tokmok police, which was registered in the established manner, and a preliminary investigation was initiated,” the agency reported.
On the same day, a citizen S.A., born in 1973, also filed a statement, which is also under investigation.
Preliminary measures showed that a conflict occurred between citizen T.Sh. and citizen I.A., as a result of which both inflicted bodily injuries on each other.
The cause of the conflict was a misunderstanding between T.Sh. and his wife S.N. on one side, and I.A.'s mother — citizen S.A. on the other side.
At the moment, citizens T.Sh. and S.N. with bodily injuries are receiving treatment at the Tokmok Central Hospital with a diagnosis of: closed traumatic brain injury and soft tissue contusion.
Citizen S.A. with similar injuries also sought medical assistance and is currently undergoing treatment at the Chui hospital.
Currently, forensic medical examinations have been appointed to determine the nature and severity of the injuries sustained. Work is also being done to establish possible witnesses to the incident and to verify other circumstances of what happened.
Based on the results of the preliminary investigation, a legal conclusion will be provided and a decision will be made in accordance with the law,” the police report states.
