In his address, he mentions that Eldar Jakypbekov "carried out a terrorist attack" on his business.
Abdykerimov explained that behind Jakypbekov's actions was the former head of the special services, Kamchybek Tashiev.
Moreover, the entrepreneur reported that after the events he experienced, he had to undergo five surgeries, suffered a stroke, and faced serious heart problems.
"How could such a large holding develop over thirty years and create jobs for thousands of people? And how was all this destroyed in less than three years? These events will forever remain in my memory," he noted in his statement.
Currently, the entrepreneur is in London, which was confirmed by his relatives in a comment to "Azattyk".
Recall that in September of last year, the GKNB reported the transfer of several large trade and entertainment centers and industrial facilities owned by Abdykerimov to the state, with a total value exceeding 10 billion soms.
According to the special service, "Ayu Holding" had long evaded paying taxes and social contributions, registered part of its property under fictitious persons, and provided fake financial reports to legalize illegal income.
Among the transferred assets is a commercial building in Bishkek located at Toktogul, 126, valued at over 95 million soms. The "AYU Grand" shopping center, valued at more than 4 billion soms, as well as cottages on Issyk-Kul and other properties, also went into state ownership.
In 2023, President Sadyr Japarov announced the transfer of the alcohol and vodka plant of "Ayu" company to state ownership. He emphasized that the enterprise had not fulfilled its tax obligations and used counterfeit excise stamps.
The First Deputy Chairman of the Cabinet of Ministers, Daniyar Amangeldiev, noted at that time that the transfer of the enterprise was carried out voluntarily. Since then, the GKNB has regularly reported the return of various assets related to "Ayu Holding" in favor of the state.
The record "Organized real terror against me": Founder of "Ayu Holding" Sharsenbek Abdykerimov made accusations against the former head of the Bishkek GKNB first appeared on K-News.
