The child's and applicant's data will be verified in the "Tündük" system as part of the "Electronic Registration" digital platform.
Information about the applicant:
– personal identification number (PIN);
– last name, first name, patronymic;
– gender;

Information about the child:

The electronic registration takes place in two stages across the country:
Stage I (April 1, 10:00 AM):
– Children registered by microdistrict (by place of residence).
Stage II (June 1, 10:00 AM):
– Schools not included in the microdistrict, if there are available places.
It is important to note that electronic registration, including the application to choose another school, can be canceled no more than three times. After the third cancellation, the possibility of re-cancellation in the system will be unavailable.
If one of the twins (or triplets) has been registered in school, their siblings are subject to automatic enrollment in the same educational organization, which increases the available places for the school.
Employees of educational institutions have priority rights for enrolling their children in the school where they work, regardless of the quota.

- If preschool-aged children are not displayed in the parent's personal account, they need to be added or the parent should contact the Ministry of Education's call center to link the children (digitization of the birth certificate). After this, the parent/legal representative must update the information in their personal account;
- Registration of the child in school is done through the personal account on the platform 1mektep.edu.gov.kg, and it is necessary to upload a document confirming the status of the legal representative. Only a court ruling or act of the authorized body in the field of social protection is allowed. One legal representative can register no more than two children.
After notification of the child's admission to the 1st grade, from August 4 to September 5, the following documents must be provided to the school:
– medical certificate of health status;
– medical certificate of vaccinations.
At the same time, the school is prohibited from requiring any other documents for admission to the 1st grade. Conducting tests, exams, or interviews to determine the children's knowledge level is also not allowed.
In the first stage of electronic registration, only schools related to the microdistrict by place of residence will be available to the parent/legal representative. If the school is not displayed, it is necessary to contact the nearest school for clarification on the boundaries of the microdistrict.
If the address indeed belongs to the microdistrict, the school will take the necessary measures to update the data.
What to do if the registration deadlines are missed?
If parents miss the established deadlines, enrollment in the 1st grade will be carried out based on the application of the parents/legal representatives according to the decision of the commission for child affairs of the territorial education authorities.
A parent or legal representative who applies at the beginning of the school year can choose a school with available places through an electronic application and register in the automated information system "Kündölük".
Admission of children to auxiliary schools or correctional classes is carried out outside of electronic registration in accordance with sanitary norms and rules, as well as based on a referral from the psychological-medical-pedagogical commission.
