According to the provided information, in March 2026, four individuals approached the local internal affairs department: three from Sulukta and one from the Kadamjai district.
In their statements, they indicated that a certain citizen from Kyzyl-Kiya named G.A., having gained their trust, promised to deliver coal to Sulukta and, after receiving 5,700,000 soms from them, disappeared without fulfilling his promise.
In connection with this incident, a criminal case was initiated in March 2026 under Article 209 of the Criminal Code of the Kyrgyz Republic, concerning fraud.
As a result of operational search activities, G.A. was detained in Bishkek and brought to the investigative authorities.
At the moment, the suspect is in a temporary detention facility, and investigative actions are ongoing.
