This updated list includes Russian oil companies such as "Tatneft," "Russneft," "Rusneftegaz," and "NNK-Oil." Several other companies have also been sanctioned, including "Textile-Service," "Cotton Factory," as well as the Emirati company Saphira Energy, the Fergana Chemical Plant, and Uzbek firms Gelion Business Trade and Chemistry International.
Additionally, several individuals have been added to the sanctions list, including Sergey Dobrinov, Andrey Palevich, Chingiz Aliyev, Murtaza Ali Lakhani, and Rustam Muminov.
According to the current measures, the assets of the listed companies will be frozen if found in financial institutions in the United Kingdom. For the individuals included in the list, there is a ban on entry into the country.
