According to the press service of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, employees of the Consulate General of Kyrgyzstan in Yekaterinburg visited the Center for Temporary Detention of Foreign Citizens, which is managed by the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Russia in Yekaterinburg.
During the visit, they met with citizens of Kyrgyzstan and explained the importance of complying with local legislation, the procedure for migration registration, and the possibility of appealing court decisions.
According to the press service, out of the 40 Kyrgyz citizens in the center, 15 people will be repatriated to their homeland on the nearest flight.
