Yulia Tymoshenko
According to information from anti-corruption agencies, this politician allegedly offered bribes to deputies for voting "for" or "against" certain bills. The name of the suspect is not mentioned in the official statements of NABU and SAP.

According to reports from "Ukrainian Truth," "BBC Ukrainian Service," and "Suspilne," citing a source claiming that this concerns Yulia Tymoshenko, the leader of the "Batkivshchyna" party. At the moment, Tymoshenko and her party have not commented on this matter. According to "Ukrainian Truth," searches were conducted on January 13 at the "Batkivshchyna" office in Kyiv.

The publication "Obozrevatel" reports that David Arakhamia, the leader of the "Servant of the People" party, is also mentioned in the investigation.

It is worth noting that in July 2025, Tymoshenko's faction almost unanimously supported a bill aimed at eliminating the independence of anti-corruption agencies — NABU and SAP. Later, they became one of the few deputies who refused to vote for restoring the powers of these organizations.

At the end of December last year, NABU and SAP conducted an undercover operation, during which an organized criminal group was exposed, consisting of current people's deputies of Ukraine. The investigation established that the group members systematically used their powers to gain unlawful benefits when voting on bills in the Verkhovna Rada.
