Mongolia's GDP grew by 6.8% last year

In 2025, the gross domestic product, calculated in constant 2015 prices, amounted to ₮34.3 trillion, which represents an increase of 6.8% (₮2.2 trillion) compared to 2024.

This growth was driven by an increase in added value across various sectors of the economy. Agriculture saw a growth of 33.2% (₮917.8 billion), industry and construction increased by 11.4% (₮482.8 billion), and the mining sector grew by 10.6% (₮453.6 billion).

Of the total GDP growth of 6.8%, 2.9% was attributed to agriculture, 1.4% to mining, 1.5% to industry and construction, and 1% to the services sector.

In the fourth quarter of 2025, the gross domestic product (preliminary estimate, calculated in constant 2015 prices adjusted for seasonal fluctuations) increased by 0.7% compared to the previous three months.
