The court found Dalerjon Mirzoev, Saidakram Rachabalizoda, Shamsidin Fariduni, and Muhammadsobir Faizov guilty of committing a terrorist act, as well as of aiding terrorist activities and training for its execution. Each of them was fined 990,000 rubles, and they will serve their sentences in a high-security penal colony.
Additionally, 11 other individuals, whom the investigation considers accomplices, also received life sentences. Among them are Umedjon and Mustakim Soliev, Shahromjon Gadoev, Zubaidullo Ismoilov, Hussein Hamidov, Muhammad Sharipzoda, Yakubjoni Yusufzoda, Nazrimad Lutfulloi, Jumakhon Kurbonov, Khusen Medov, and Jabrail Aushev.
Furthermore, four other defendants in the case were sentenced to prison terms ranging from 19 years and 11 months to 22.5 years.
The terrorist attack in "Krokus City Hall" occurred on March 22, 2024. During a concert by the band "Piknik," terrorists stormed the complex, opened fire on the audience and staff, and then set the hall on fire. As a result of the tragedy, 150 people died.
A total of 15 alleged accomplices were involved in the case, including four direct perpetrators. The group "Vilayat Khorasan," which is part of the "Islamic State" in Afghanistan, claimed responsibility for the attack. Vladimir Putin later stated that the terrorists acted in the interests of Ukraine.
