According to the report, in the fourth quarter of 2025, there was a 6% increase in the average nominal salary compared to the previous three months, amounting to ₮2 million 877.8 thousand. The median salary during this time was ₮2 million 482.2 thousand (approximately $700), while the average basic salary was ₮2 million 572.9 thousand (around $725).
The highest salaries were recorded in the mining industry, where the average amount is ₮5.4 million (over $1500), which is 86.9% higher than the national average. In contrast, workers in the hotel and restaurant business earn the lowest incomes – ₮1.9 million (approximately $535), which is 34.9% below average levels.
