According to information provided by MiddleAsianNews, Dessert39 café has recorded record sales volumes in Mongolia, highlighting the growing interest in Korean desserts and cultural cafés.
According to the Dessert39 management center report, from March 1 to March 9, 2026, sales at the Mongolian branches amounted to approximately ₮138.14 million (about 57.3 million won).
During this period, the average daily sales volume was approximately ₮15.35 million (about 6.36 million won).
On certain days, the total sales of the two stores reached around ₮48 million (approximately 20 million won), indicating high consumer demand.
Over the nine days, 4,289 transactions were recorded, averaging about 477 sales per day, with the average purchase amount per customer being approximately ₮28,700 (about 11,900 won).

In particular, the second Dessert39 branch in Mongolia showed record daily sales of ₮23.36 million (approximately 9.69 million won), the highest result since its opening. The first store also demonstrated stable results, with daily sales of around ₮20.79 million (approximately 8.62 million won).
These results are particularly impressive against the backdrop of Mongolia's economy. According to the International Monetary Fund (IMF), the GDP per capita in the country (adjusted for purchasing power parity) is about $21,000, which is 30 percent lower than in South Korea ($67,000).
Comparing these figures, daily sales in Mongolia, amounting to about 20 million won, are equivalent to more than 60 million won in consumer spending in the Korean market.
Among the popular desserts on the menu is the "Dubai Chewy Cookie," which has played an important role in increasing sales volumes. This dessert, characterized by its chewy and crispy texture, quickly gained popularity among local customers.

This cookie is produced locally in Mongolia using an original recipe developed by the company's headquarters in Korea. Dessert39 promptly introduces popular Korean desserts into its menus, allowing consumers in Mongolia to stay updated on the latest trends.
Industry experts note that such results reflect the growing interest in Korean desserts and the K-café philosophy in Mongolia. In recent years, there has been an increase in demand for cafés among young people seeking new experiences and stylish establishments.
A representative of Dessert39 noted: "The growth of café and restaurant consumption in Mongolia contributes to the steady increase in our sales. We plan to continue expanding our international presence by offering a variety of Korean desserts and unique experiences at our cafés."
