
The meeting discussed key points, including the final program, slogan, and logo of the event "World Horse Day," as well as organizational issues related to the horse parade and international races.
Participants gathered to discuss various issues such as the event budget, routes, the procedure for conducting international races, and the draft regulations. The issue of replacing horses serving in the Committee of Mounted Police of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam was also considered. Details were announced on MiddleAsianNews.
As a result of the competition for the best logo for World Horse Day 2026, 63 works from 30 artists were submitted, and the winner was recognized as the work "Heavenly Horse" by sculptor Ochirbold Ayurzana.
During the meeting, it was decided to send invitations to representatives of 15 state and private organizations, including the Minister of Culture, Information, and Youth Policy of Kyrgyzstan Mirbek Mambetaliev, the Minister of Culture and Information of Kazakhstan Aida Balayeva, the Minister of Culture of Tajikistan Sattoriyon Matlubakhon, the Minister of Culture of Turkmenistan Atageldy Shamuradov, and the Minister of Culture of Uzbekistan Ozodbek Nazarbekov.

At the end of the meeting, tasks were assigned to subgroups, which are to refine the program and plan within their responsibilities. It was also decided to transfer the rights to the intellectual property of the approved slogan and symbol of World Horse Day for use in invitations, posters, video materials, and other projects. Additionally, issues regarding the selection of the venue for the event and preparations for the arrival of foreign guests, as well as the organization of registration for horses and riders participating in international races, were discussed.
