On January 16, during the day, a signal was received by service 102 from a resident of Bishkek, who reported her difficult life situation. The issues were addressed by the deputy head of the GOM-8 of the First May District Internal Affairs Department, Usön Arapbaev.
During the conversation, she mentioned that she was having difficulties with repaying debts and needed psychological help. A police officer was sent to the scene, who took her to the police station for further communication. There, she received support and was advised to consult a psychologist, to which she agreed and promised to make an appointment with a specialist.
