It became known that some employees of the procurement department of this enterprise systematically extorted 10% of the value of tenders, creating artificial difficulties and delaying the payment process for completed work.
The detained employee, known as A. K. Sh., has been placed in the pre-trial detention center of the State Committee for National Security of the Kyrgyz Republic.
