This airfield, covering an area of 12.8 hectares, was allocated back in 1978 to the Suzak association "Plodorodie" for aviation support of agricultural lands. This facility was of significant importance for the agricultural sector and food security in the region.
In 2003, as established during the investigation, the head of the Bagysh rural administration, M.Zh., abused his powers and made an illegal decision to transfer the state land to his relative, M.S.
Thanks to the operational measures taken, the 12.8-hectare plot has been fully returned to municipal ownership.
The GKNB continues to verify the legality of land use that was previously owned by agricultural chemical enterprises.
The agency will take the necessary measures in accordance with the law based on the results of the comprehensive inspection.
