Employees of the Batken Regional Office of State Architectural and Construction Control identified serious technical safety violations at the construction of a seven-story residential building located on Lenin Street in Kyzyl-Kiya. This was reported by the Ministry of Construction, Architecture, and Housing and Communal Services.
As a result of the inspection conducted at the site of LLC "Golden Square," an act was drawn up in accordance with the Code of Offenses, and the company was fined 200,000 soms. An official warning was also issued regarding the need to immediately rectify the identified violations.
The inspection at the construction site is ongoing.
The Ministry urges all participants in the construction industry to strictly adhere to the current norms, standards, and legal requirements, emphasizing that control in this area will be intensified.
