On the night of February 11, 2026, at approximately 10:35 PM, patrol officers from the Talas region's Internal Affairs Department noticed a burning car on the roadside while performing their official duties. This was reported by the police press service.
While the police officers were on duty on one of the city streets, they were attracted by a parked car with its front end on fire. Without wasting a moment, they began to extinguish the flames and promptly called service 102 to report the incident.
Subsequently, the owner of the car was identified, who thanked the law enforcement officers for their quick response and assistance.
