According to law enforcement agencies, on February 4, one of the residents of the capital approached the police. He reported that on January 17, he sold eight sheep for 134,000 soms. The buyer only paid 60,000 soms, promising to transfer the remaining amount within two hours, but then failed to fulfill his obligations.
This incident was registered under Article 209 of the Criminal Code of the Kyrgyz Republic, concerning fraud.
Law enforcement officers detained a 38-year-old suspect known by the initials K.B. The court has ordered him to be held in custody in the pre-trial detention center (SIZO-1) for a period of two months.
During the investigation, his involvement in a similar crime was also established.
