According to the police, on January 30, a 23-year-old man, K. D., reported to the operational duty unit. He stated that an unknown person, having gained his trust since December 2025, unlawfully took possession of his money.
Furthermore, the suspect promised to reduce child support from 8,300 to 4,700 soms, but after receiving the money, he disappeared, thereby causing significant damage to the complainant.
In connection with this incident, a criminal case was initiated under Article 209 "Fraud" of the Criminal Code of the Kyrgyz Republic. As a result of operational measures, the suspect, a 27-year-old man, K. A., was identified and detained, and he is currently in custody.
