According to law enforcement agencies, on March 3, a local resident T.K., born in 1972, approached the Kara-Suu District Police Department. He reported that in the fall of 2023, a resident of the Datkinsky ayil district, K.N., born in 1958, received 1 million 320 thousand soms from him, promising to arrange a land plot and prepare all the necessary documents.
Based on this fact, a preliminary investigation was initiated, which subsequently led to the opening of a criminal case under the article "Fraud" of the Criminal Code of the Kyrgyz Republic.

During joint operational activities between the State National Security Committee and the Kara-Suu District Police Department, the suspect was detained, who turned out to be a former expert on land issues in the ayil okmotu.
At the moment, the detainee has been placed in a temporary detention facility, and operational-investigative activities continue to identify other possible accomplices of the crime.
