The press service of the State Committee for National Security (GKNB) reported the detention of several suspects in corruption activities on March 5.
The investigation established that on May 10, 2023, the land amnesty commission of the Alamedin district recognized residential houses located within contours No. 1352-1354 of the Dostuk rural district as objects of amnesty. As a result, from May to August, a number of resolutions were adopted regarding citizens; however, as noted by the GKNB, these actions were carried out with serious legal violations.
In connection with the aforementioned fact, a criminal case was initiated under Article 336 ("Corruption") of the Criminal Code of the Kyrgyz Republic.
Special services identified the participants in the crime:
- O.T., who headed the district commission for land amnesty in 2023;
- N.K., who held the position of head of the Alamedin rural administration during that period;
- N.S.
On March 3, all suspects were placed in the temporary detention facility of the GKNB.
As part of the investigation, work continues to identify other possible participants in the criminal activities.
The initials N.K. refer to Kolbaev Naizabek Asanbekovich, who headed the Alamedin rural administration from 2009 to 2024, being repeatedly re-elected to this position.
O.T. represents Taitelieva Ömürbek Ashirbekovich, who served as the first deputy akim of the Alamedin district from 2023 to 2025.
