According to the police, the complainant N. M. reported that a man named S. deceitfully took his money, promising the delivery of 29 Toyota Camry cars and 24 Changan cars. After receiving the money, he disappeared.
As a result of operational search activities, law enforcement officials identified the suspect, who turned out to be V. S., born in 1994. He was detained and placed in the temporary detention facility of the Bishkek City Police Department in accordance with Article 96 of the Criminal Procedure Code of the Kyrgyz Republic.
