Based on this incident, the investigative service of the Internal Affairs Directorate of the October District initiated a criminal case under Article 209 "Fraud" of the Criminal Code of the Kyrgyz Republic.
As a result of operational-search activities, the suspect, S. Ch., born in 1987, was identified and detained. He was taken to the investigative department and placed in the temporary detention facility of the Bishkek City Internal Affairs Directorate in accordance with Article 96 of the Criminal Procedure Code of the Kyrgyz Republic.
