On February 15, a foreign citizen named A.N. reported a crime to them. On the same day, around 6:30 AM, the criminals broke into a dormitory on Jalil Street, threatening the victim with a sharp object, and stole diamond earrings and a bracelet, after which they fled the scene.
In connection with this incident, the investigative unit of the Internal Affairs Department of the Sverdlovsk District initiated a criminal case under Article 207 (robbery) of the Criminal Code of the Kyrgyz Republic.
As a result of operational-search activities conducted jointly with the capital's organized crime control department, the suspects were identified and detained: K.A., born in 2003, and Y.J., born in 2001. In accordance with Article 96 of the Criminal Procedure Code, they have been placed in the temporary detention facility of the Main Internal Affairs Department.
The stolen jewelry was found, seized in accordance with the established procedure, and returned to its lawful owner.
