Tragic news has come from Le Parisien: one of the suspects in the robbery that took place at Donnarumma's home committed suicide in the Fren prison in May 2024. This crime occurred on the night of July 20 to 21, 2023, when Donnarumma and his wife became victims of an attack.
During the robbery, the criminals tied up the couple and threatened them, stealing valuables worth approximately one million euros.
The 21-year-old suspect, who, according to the investigation, was a driver and lookout, claimed that he was recruited under pressure from a criminal group.
The investigation includes charges of threats, violence, and unlawful deprivation of liberty. At the end of November 2023, two alleged organizers of the attack, known by the nicknames "Ganitto" and "Kiki," were arrested and taken into custody. The investigation is ongoing.
