According to the applicants, the incident occurred on February 7 in a field near the village of Lenin. There, unknown individuals inflicted bodily harm on them and seized their belongings, including K.H.'s iPhone 13 Pro Max and a wallet with money, as well as K.B.'s wristwatch. After committing the crime, the perpetrators fled the scene.
This case was registered, and a criminal case was initiated under Article 206 (robbery) of the Criminal Code of the Kyrgyz Republic.
As a result of operational search activities, law enforcement agencies identified the suspects. They turned out to be T.K. (born in 2001), K.O. (born in 2002), and K.R. (born in 2006).
According to Article 96 of the Criminal Procedure Code of the Kyrgyz Republic, they were detained and placed in a temporary detention facility.
During the investigation, it was revealed that the stolen property had been sold to third parties. It has now been seized and recognized as evidence in the criminal case.
Necessary forensic examinations have been appointed, and investigative actions are ongoing to fully and objectively clarify all the circumstances of the incident.
